    Once purchased you will receive an email with instructions on what to do next.
    To pass the course You will need to upload case studies of your work for me to personally review, these will be marked with enough feedback and passed once I feel your work is up to a professional level.
    You can complete the course in your time. Each video is in depth and requires your full time and attention. Once you have completed and feel confident to take the test you and Hollie can choose a day that suits you both to take your assessment.
    This course is for anyone age 16+
    Our student support group is a private members only Facebook page, exclusively accessible to our students only. As soon as you are signed up you can request to join.
    No, We understand that you will not have all the products, brushes and palettes (colours) that we use, we do give you our product recommendations in the booklet you will receive and throughout the videos but it is your choice which items you purchase/use during or after your assessment.
    Yes, you can spread the cost over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months using pay l8r, (High acceptance and low interest rates). This lets you enroll on the course you want without worrying about the upfront cost.     Yes once passed you will receive an recognised insurance certificate allowing you to work professionally on clients.
    No you do not need any previous experience to take this course.
    This information is in the course and will be given to you after your certificate.
    Yes, all course material is accessible on mobile phones, laptops, computers, tablets etc. Please note you may have to double tap your screen or allow screen rotation on your phones settings for optimal viewing.
    All case studies will be assessed and full written feedback will be provided. All you need to do is follow the developmental feedback and re submit your case study, when you feel that you are ready. There is absolutely no pressure and don't forget you can ask questions on the community support group on Facebook.
    Don't panic the exams can be re-taken. You can contact us for any help in the community support group.
